I have not read the book yet. But the Author is very insightful . I have purchased other books from this author he is truly amazing. I will always purchase from his auhor . His writing is relatable to real life situations but he also gives you the spiritual aspect of how you can and will enhance your relationships and walk with Christ. He refers you to scripture and that is what i really like about his books. If you are thinking about purchasing any of his books in my opinion you wont be disappointed.
I am a woman and I wanted to read this as so often women get all the guidance about being a great wife but never anything to a man. I thought this book was great and I agree 1000% that these are qualities women adore. I think the one think I've valued in past relationships is knowing that I'm on your mind so a good morning text is so exciting to receive. A call is even better because when you speak you command attention!
I love every minute of this book. Even though it's not written for me (a woman), I wanted to hear/read what Stephan sharing with the men since I enjoyed his book for women, God Where Is My Boaz? They are both awesome reads and great gift ideas!!
I chose the rating for this book to be 5 stars because I have been praying about how to pursue a wife and this book spoke and taught me how to pursue a wife. Its imperative to pursue God first and to find myself before pursuing a wife. In Matthew 6:33 it says "But first seek the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you."
What else can I say, or expect from a Great Author! Pragmatic, Frank &Gentle!! I feel as if I'm a bit nosy, though considering the book is for "Men":) But being A Huge Fan, of the Boaz book, I felt Mr.Stephan has by my opinion Done a Fantastic Job, Ministering to our Men, and I honestly Pray, that our Men will grasp hold of this book, with out judgement and really be Open, to addressing any, issues within themselves if any, and be led spiritually or personally to at least reading This very Anointed, and Gifted book!! Awesome Coach & Author...
I thought I wouldn't like the book because it is preachy. I would have liked the author to include his own personal experiences versus his clients. It make it impersonal and distant. I don't find the content to be original because they're similar books. I do like an author who has a message and stays on point. It's also a simple and quick read. It's not offensive at all and it maybe too nice.
As a woman, I definitely agree with the book. It applies to both women and men. After reading this book and where is my boaz, I will definitely put both into practise and wait for my boaz, because I know he is coming!!!!Will recommend to my friends, both males and females. Never know who may need it.
This book has many key points for helping men to navigate their way though starting and maintaining a good relationship.
